The romantic Lina garter is made of pleasantly soft, white cotton. A light blue satin ribbon is threaded through the light lace. The satin ribbon interrupts the white lace, making the garter extra special. The garter Lina is a tight-fitting garter and can be easily tied at the end with a cute bow.
